Effective Purpose:
1) To create high speed electronics connection system up to the lowest level in the country.
2) To create proper infrastructure for the purpose of providing information and communication technology related services across the country.

4) Effective maintenance of the purpose of providing uninterrupted services from the information and communication technology related infrastructure.
5) Creation of ICT services with the aim of creating efficient information and communication technology professionals at the government level.

7) The expansion of information and communication technology knowledge at all levels of government and people.
8) Preparation of laws, policies, guidelines and standardization related to information and communication technology.
9) Creating and maintaining inter-operability in the practical field of ICT services and products.
10) Provide all-round support in research, innovation and application of new technologies.

 

Functions:
1) Ensuring and coordinating the use and application of ICT at all levels of government.
2) Providing assistance, maintenance and support in the creation of appropriate infrastructure of ICT in all departments up to the field level.
3) Recruitment, promotion, promotion, posting and transfer of professional skills in government offices at all levels.
4) Transfer of technical and specialized knowledge of information technology at all levels.
5) Formulation and implementation of policies to improve the equality of public institutions and manpower.
6) Formulation and implementation of policies to improve the equality of information technology related manpower
7) Take initiatives to provide services electronically to the people up to the grassroots level and to collect, distribute and carry out research activities in this regard.
